Unconditional Return and Exchange：

1 The product is found to have quality problems after being verified by the company.

2 The product has quality problems caused by improper protection during transportation.

3 The product is sent to the wrong customer due to incorrect information provided by the salesperson or mismanagement by the Channel Management Department.

 The following situations will not be eligible for return or exchange:

1 The product has exceeded its expiration date.

2 Product failure or damage caused by the customer.

3 The product is damaged or rained on due to improper storage by the customer after delivery and inspection.
