Automatic Frame Glue Spraying Machine

AB Glue Dispensing Machine
1. The proportion and outlet volume can be adjusted at will, without programming, and the outlet volume can be set as needed.
2. The dispensing speed and dispensing time can be set by parameters, and the outlet volume is stable without dripping glue.
3. The design uses two material tanks, with A and B materials stored separately to ensure that the glue will not harden over a long period of time.
4. The A and B material tanks are made of stainless steel and are suitable for different glues and different types of injection processes.
5. It can be operated manually or can be integrated into an automatic production line.
String Welding Machine
This equipment is used to automatically string-weld solar cells with 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 20 grid lines into battery strings according to set parameters.
The welding is done using infrared welding; the conveyor belt is made of Teflon; the flux is supplied by immersion; and the feeding is automatic and positioned by a pull-tape. After the welding is complete, the battery strings are automatically collected.
