Product Introduction:

1. Overview

This equipment is used to automatically series-weld solar cells with 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 20 busbars into cell strings according to set parameters. It adopts infrared welding technology, a Teflon conveyor belt transmission mechanism, a solder bath immersion supply system, and automatic cell feeding, positioning, and belt pulling. After welding, the cell strings are automatically collected.

Defect-free products with a thickness of no less than 160μm and a single weldable grid line length of no less than 5mm.

3.2 Applicable Ribbons: 120μm~250μm in thickness, 0.6~1.6mm in width, tin-plated copper wire, lead-free/lead-containing.

3.3 Applicable Flux: No-clean flux, without halogen element

Flux-free soldering paste, halogen-free

3.4 String parameter: Basic parameters of the battery string

- Maximum number of cells: up to 2000mm per string (if exceeded, prior negotiation is required)

- Main busbar count: 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 20 busbars

- Cell spacing: 1.0 - 5.0mm ± 0.2mm (adjustable)

- Appearance: Smooth surface at the soldering area with uniform color.
