The frame dismantling machine is a special equipment for dismantling the aluminum frame of the battery assembly. It is assembled by an adjustable cylinder, a servo motor, a linear square guide rail and a steel structure. The aluminum frame needs to be removed. This frame dismantling machine uses servo power to remove the two sets of long and short sides of the battery panel aluminum frame. This equipment is suitable for various specifications of aluminum profiles. The whole machine has a reasonable structural design, strong rigidity, high precision, and a large adjustment range to meet the user's different frame removal size requirements.

1.  Rework components are manually loaded and unloaded.  Conveyor line is optional.  Cycle time is 60s.  

2.  The dismantling speed is within 4 minutes.   

3.  All types of components that can be removed by the frame remover: length (1550-2400) × width (850-1400) mm, various types of profiles, including but limited to the above products;

4. The equipment has a firm structure and should not shake during operation.  The appearance of the equipment should be industrial gray.
