Overview

The EVA crosslinking degree tester includes: extraction device, fume hood, exhaust device and other accessories.

1.1 Function: The EVA-CCA crosslinking degree tester is used for testing the crosslinking of EVA in photovoltaic module encapsulation, crosslinking of polyethylene (PE), crosslinking of cross-linked polyethylene insulation wires and cables (XLPE), crosslinking of natural polymer ions and polymer crystallinity as well as other materials, detecting their flexibility, impact resistance, elasticity, optical transparency, low-temperature winding property, adhesiveness, environmental stress cracking resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, and heat sealing property.

2.1 Extraction device

2.1.Heating device

Using high-temperature resistant alkali-free glass fiber as the insulating material, the nickel-chromium material resistance wire is sealed within the insulating layer and woven into a hemispherical internal heating heater.

The countertop is 12mm thick imported veneered physicochemical board, double-sided bonding and pressing, and high-temperature shaping for 24 hours.

The frame is welded with domestically produced high-quality substantial plates, treated with pickling and phosphating, and the exterior is sprayed with high-pressure electrostatic epoxy resin powder coating in light gray.
