1 Form a system
1.1 The PY-CYJ type fully automatic laminating machine is divided into three parts: the feeding stage, the laminating stage, and the discharging stage, operating in a three-stage linked manner. The overall dimensions of the machine are 12600mm×3250mm×1850mm, with an effective laminating area of 3600mm×2200mm and a heating platform area of 3770mm×2370mm. The equipment color is spray-painted gray-white, with a total weight of about 16 tons.
1.3lamination grade
The lamination grade is approximately 4550mm in length, and the heating platform area is 3770mm×2370mm. The sealing system adopts an upper and lower box structure. The lamination cavity is welded by special processes and uses high-vacuum anti-leakage sealing technology. After being tested by an infrared leak detector, it is ensured that there is no leakage. This ensures stable lamination effects of battery components and a low rework rate.

4.1 Emergency Lid Opening: This machine is equipped with a nitrogen accumulator. In case of power failure or other emergencies, the upper chamber can be inflated and the lid can be opened through the emergency operation system to remove components, so as to ensure that the lamination components are not damaged.
4.2 Vacuum Alarm: During the equipment vacuuming process, if the pressure does not reach below 100 pascals within 60 seconds, the system will alarm. 。
4.3 Ultra-high temperature alarm device: When the oil temperature exceeds the warning line, it automatically cuts off the heating power supply and alarms.。
4.4 Low oil level alarm shutdown device: When the oil level is low, affecting the normal operation of the heating system, the equipment will automatically alarm and stop.
4.5Emergency Stop System: This machine is equipped with multiple emergency buttons. In case of an emergency, the operator can press the button to stop the process immediately and protect the safety of personnel. 。
